Hello Everyone who needs interior and or exterior work done on your home. May 27th all day and night tornado's, high winds, hail and vicious storms pounded the south east. Chattanooga where my home is got alot of damage, my house included, inside and outside on the roof and around.

Mr. Alex Melnikov had met me, surveyed the damage and discussed everything that would be performed. The roofers that he set up came and worked like bee's. Alex oversaw the work as he was inside. The roof is fabulous. The inside painting and other work performed by Alex and his brother was does very quietly and professionally.

This man and his company desrve 5 five stars. The advice, the expertise, knowledge and performance along with all my questions were always answered. Also the best of the best materials are used and what a difference Ladies and Gentlemen do not pass up on Design Remodeling. This man is a Craftsman, I would definitely use his services again.
Alex the house in and out along with the shed look great.

My husband and I wanted to add some square footage to our home, but were uncertain as to how it should be designed. We met with Alex Melnikov, and he gave us some wonderful suggestions as to how to proceed. Alex was highly recommended to us by our plumber, as we had just moved here two years ago Thanksgiving. He completely painted the interior of our home, put a partition between living room and den, replaced front door and extended the roof out over the porch and door area. He installed new shelves in closets and also bi-fold doors. He installed crown molding in living room, dining room and den area; also installed ceramic tile on screened porch and hardwood flooring in living room.

Alex is very conscientious, clean, neat, punctual and trustworthy. We do plan to use him again in the near future!"

Alex and his crew remodeled an antique house in the downtown district of Cleveland which we wanted to use for our offices. His work included stripping walls to studs, removing drop ceiling, installing drywall, wainscoting, carpet and period specific doors and door handles.

We were very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others. We have since used his services for other business projects as well as home projects.
