Three Room Addition Plus Remodel

Our company was selected to complete a three room addition in the Hopewell Acres area of Cleveland, Tennessee. We are also remodeling two existing rooms as part of this project. The total square footage of the addition is 640 square feet.

In this project, the home owner used our design services exclusively for the addition instead of buying blue

prints from a separate vendor. This saved up to $1000 in extra costs.

This addition features

all brick veneer, bay window, rear patio installation, and new roofline and roofing for the whole house.

Complete Home Makeover

Design Remodeling was contracted to completely renovate a home for a local bank officer. Our work has included about everything you can think of including:

new architectural shingle roof
premium vinyl siding and front porch columns
new exterior french doors entrance to a new deck
HVAC changeover
new full bathroom in the basement
kitchen remodel
two new decks
connecting into city sewer

Building a Hay Barn

The week of February 15th, our crew built a new hay barn for a customer who had lost his old barn to an electrical fire. As you can see from some of the pictures below, we worked quickly and efficiently to raise this structure within 10 days.
